Pre-Spring 2020 

Inspired by the vibrant hues of the Bondi Beach sunset, our Pre Spring 2020 collection was debuted during Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia. The location, North Bondi Surf Live Saving Club, which overlooks the bay and its surfer-dotted break, was the first beach club to open in Australia.

“For this Pre-Spring collection it came naturally while designing it to think about travel. Being with the people I love, crossing new paths in new places, the most beautiful moments when this light of the magic hour takes over. I found so much inspiration when considering the mood, the energy and the colors created from this soft and powerful hour.” - Jonathan Simkhai

Models were prepped backstage by artists from GHD, Sally Hansen and Max Factor. Custom jewelry designed in collaboration with Lisa Corbo designs, adorned the ears of the models, some of whom also sported sunglasses from LA-founded brand, Oliver Peoples.
